From September 2015 to November 2015 I conducted a health baseline assessment to gain a better understanding of community member’s knowledge, attitudes, and practices related to malaria, maternal and child health, and water and sanitation hygiene. The questionnaire was conducted with the aid of two counterparts and the clinic nurse. Data were collected and analyzed using Excel, and survey findings were detailed in a report that was shared in French with the clinic nurse and community members.
