Frontline Solutions is a social- justice consulting firm invested in emerging leaders that provides services to philanthropies, non-profits, and foundations while also taking into account factors such as race, place, class, and gender.
Frontline offers a summer fellowship program known as the Hilliard P. Jenkins (HPJ) Fellowship, where fellows are given the opportunity to learn more about the inner workings of a consulting firm doing work within the social justice sector. In the summer of 2014, I became part of their 4th cohort of fellows. In this role, I generated work plans and summary reports which streamlined work for senior staff and enhanced company projects. I also assisted in the planning and execution of their national leadership conference, A Gathering of Leaders.
Shortly after the fellowship, I served as the Social Media Manager from September 2014 to February 2015. During this time I strengthened social media outreach for company multimedia projects and photo exhibits by establishing a regular posting schedule on Facebook and Twitter resulting in increased page views and revitalizing the Instagram account.
