Best Practices for Teaching ELLs Research Paper

For the Education 697 Capstone Course at UNC-CH, students are required to complete a research project that integrates their academic major studies with topics covered in the Education minor. As a policy major, I decided to apply this lens into researching current practices that exist in addressing the educational needs of English language learners (ELLs) and providing recommendations for practices that teachers and administers should consider implementing.
